Experience Japan's four seasons through your taste buds with our Jewel-exclusive Shiki (four seasons) menu. We are located at B1-300.
SPRING: Topped with Bamboo Shoot and Échalote (from France), which is in season now. Chef Yamamoto imbued refined sensibility into the ramen to achieve a feel of Spring in full bloom.
SUMMER: With Chef Yamamoto’s passion for tropical island, Jewel’s Summer Ramen is created using Bitter Gourd and Red Paprika, grown under intense sunlight in summer. Summer Ramen also produces stimulating spicy and tangy flavors from hot spicy meat and chili oil.
AUTUMN: Contains 6 types of Mushrooms (Porcini, Eringi, Shiitake, Enoki, Shimeji and Oyster Mushroom), which bring out individual flavor for you to relish the scent of Autumn.Bold taste of garlic butter and aroma from black truffle oil are associated with mountains in deep autumn.
WINTER: Salmon is one of the renowned feature of Winter in Japan, especially in Hokkaido. Combination of Salmon and Sour Cream is a unique and creative challenge for Chef Yamamoto. Based on his inspiration, this milky-flavor ramen was achieved by collaborating with a team of chefs in Singapore. Enjoy the changes in taste with our homemade Dried Tomato and Garlic Butter.
